Each inhabitant of the castle can contribute to your cause: guards and princes can discredit rival suitors' letters, priests provide valuable insights on your opponents, and handmaidens fiercely protect your letter at all costs.

As the game progresses, your ability to think strategically, bluff, and decipher your opponents' tactics becomes paramount. Once the deck is depleted, the character represented by the card in your hand becomes the guardian of your letter for the princess. The most powerful card, representing the character closest to her highness, triumphs.
